We all know stories about people forever for weeks in the jungle or desert without food but only water, or old stories of prisoners of war camps, which for years with only limited loss pathetic amounts of food. Ever wondered how these people survive?

First, recognize we must ensure that your body is an amazing thing. So amazing that sometimes I think we are almost at the point where humanity is ready to develop to the next level .. But I think that probably becauseI've watched too much X-MEN, so let's not take that much for now.

Your body not only looks good when you're fit, but the body has the amazing ability to adapt to the environment. If we are looking for from the time of food intake, your body is actually able to slow its rate of calorie burn when it is needed. If you are with a situation where food is limited face, the body feels and reveals himself -''Hey, we cease to burn more calories all this so quickly because it lookswe had a shortage of calories lately, and it may still take some time. Dewey, and nothing would make you gain fat just because you are consuming more than what your body needs.

TheStarvation response in humans designed basically to secure the survival of the species ... You do not fit into a dress or an outfit. It is a blessing if you are stranded in the desert without food out, it keeps you alive longer. However, the same life-saving mechanism will work against you if you try to lose fat because the body is not the difference between diet and starve to tell.

To date, every single person I know who tried to starve themselves to a betterBodies are either returned to the form they were before, or thicker than before (most of them are now thicker and find it even harder) to do something about it. Who is to blame when that happens? What proof do you need?

I am actually quite with people who choose to starve angry. It's so silly. I have a friend who knew her just won 4kgs received more than 2 months (well.. In other words, it is on an ALL CARB, very low calorie diet. Oh, the fun I'm gonnashe observed.

If you are anything like me was, you are likely to lose on the lookout for a good way, about 20-30 pounds in a month. For me it was a summertime wedding I wanted to participate. I was lucky that I had my own tuxedo, a gift from my grandfather. The thing to get is when I went to try it (and I admit that I already knew I was getting a little "plump"), I could scarcely pant around my hips. I have triedall the diets, before I lose to 20-30 pounds in a month seriously. I tried the Beach diet, the no-carb diet, the diet in some area, you name it. Since I was not going to listen to some earlier Fat Actress, and more money for food I could buy in the super shopper, I decided to do my own research.

The problem with these diets is that you lose the weight, plateau, and then back to top pounds. Here is what I discovered: I was hard because I know the wrong kinds of foods, eating forWeight loss. Not only that, but I ate the wrong kinds of foods and in the wrong time. The food is very powerful medicine and honest, we sometimes use it incorrectly. Here's a big secret, you need to eat more than one meal a day! That was a hard to believe for me. How can I eat more by weight loss?

What I discovered was something called The Shifting Calorie Theory. I've learned how my weight loss metabolism in shock. My body was not in a position to "anticipate", what kind of calories I wasgoing to consume. And believe me, I was eating enough, delicious food, so I'm not satisfied.
